I have scored some cool stuff out estate sales and thrift stores in the last month or so. There is a fever that can come over you on a Friday morning, just knowing that if I check the classified ads, there will be several estate sales listed. The battle in my mind begins.... laundry...or...the possiblity of digging through someone's lifes worth of Christmas decorations. Washing dishes...or... old hankies covered in beautiful flowers or holiday patterns, vintage cookbooks, old sewing notions like rick rack, bias tape, and adorable buttons. Folks, this is not a hard decision. Usually, I call my friend Mandi ,we are off to discover baubles and treasures. It's all about the hunt!
